Terms of hajj and umrah is required are the same, namely "
Islam

Puberty

Sanity

Independent
- Servant of the man is not required, but a valid hajinya and be rewarded
Authority / ability
- Relating to the authority or ability, this is based on the Word of God says:
"And to the people of God kewajipanlah to visit the house who is willing to walk between them"
(Surah Ali Imran verse 97)
The problem of power or ability to perform Hajj and Umrah is the authority into two parts: -
a) the authority or ability to own and
i) Authority to spend mine and all other expenses of the pilgrims to do the job from start to finish.
ii) Having sufficient supplies and expenses for maintenance under the maintenance of dependents,
iii) There is a commuting vehicle,

Must be pronounced in the dihajikan Dhul or in the same place that Dhul away.
