1. Over the years, there has been a substantial increase in the number of women performing The Hajj. There is a need for a paradigm shift in policies and provision of facilities for women.
Women must be represented in all Hajj decision-making bodies (in Saudi Arabia and in other countries) so that that their interests and needs are well articulated.
2. The prayer space allocated to women in the Prophet's Mosque is grossly disproportionate. Women who wish to pray inside the mosque have to be there earlier than men.

3. In the airport, there is no gender segregation in the customs and the waiting areas. But in the immigration area, you'll be separated from your spouses before you are united again in the customs area. This causes a lot of inconvenience to families as they have to wait for the husband/wife to turn up for customs clearance.
4. Many aspects relating to woman pilgrims require in-depth presentation. I hope a knowledgeable and observant Hajjah will consider developing a site titled "Women and The Hajj". I'm prepared to offer the space in my site to host such a site.
